Pilatus SICAV p.l.c. is an open-ended self-managed collective investment scheme established as a multi-fund investment company with variable share capital (SICAV) incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Malta and licensed by the MFSA under the ISAct as a Professional Investor Fund targeting Qualifying Investors. The day to day management of the assets of the Company and its Sub-Funds will be undertaken through the Investment Committee and the Investment Manager.
